cleanliness is....a perspective

i'm sitting here thinking about having a shower, i need to have one.....i think?

now that i'm back in classroom life i need a daily shower

of course i can work ouside in mexico building houses and not shower for 4 days....

hmm.....why do we do what we do?

the mall

wandering around malls gives me quiet time without the silence of an empty house

in (sept 8-10)

i've been inside my head the last 3 days, lots to think about, philosophy's to develop

Flower Pounding

My first attempt at flower pounding, lots of fun, i made three of the ones below, "someone else" made the other one for me.

Sept 4-7

made, decorated and ate chocolate mousse cake
made yummy salad dressing (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, brown sugar and fresh asiago)
got all my stuff from scott's
pounded flowers and chives
brunch at the wooden shoe
shook a lot of hands

today...

Aug 29 to Sept 3

got stiches out
grazed in auntie Hilde's garden, ohh....yummy raspberries
drove to sask with auntie Hilde and Jindalee
played personal preference in the car

got my arm re-stiched back together, went from 3 to 5 stitches
sat in emergency reading a good book
ok, again, why me? do these things happen to other people?
i woke up saturday morning and the whole thing was wide open, like a canyon

ate sour leaf soup
ate ice cream in provost
went to dollarama
played the dollarama game ( buy something for everyone in the car )

registered for a running class again, maybe it will stick this time
held class elections
still wondering if democracy really works, i'm not sure it's the best plan
